02. Metal Forming
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our fabrication cell is built around flexibility and repeatability. Using multi-axis CNC Press Brakes with Delem 69T controllers, we handle multi-stage bending sequences for complex chassis and enclosure designs.
- Bending: Automatic Crowning Systems and Angle Correction Sensors for consistent results.
- Assembly: PEM Fastener insertion, Riveting, and complex sub-assembly integration.
- Capacity: Pressing force up to 250 tons with bending lengths up to 4 meters.
03. Joining Tech
Certified Industrial Welding
Specialized joining services for safety-critical components. Our welders are qualified under EN ISO 9606, performing MIG, TIG, and Spot welding in climate-controlled booths to ensure optimal weld integrity.
- Railway Certified: EN 15085-2 CL1 certification for structural and high-load railway parts.
- Testing: NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), Dye Penetrant Testing, and Ultrasonic Weld inspection.
